Are all Exodus 2020 weekends cancelled?

At this time, all Exodus 2020 Weekends have been postponed to 2021 due to uncertainy surrounding Las Vegas hotels and clubs re-opening in time for this weekend. Over the past 11 years, Exodus Festival has become a party tradition in Las Vegas thanks to our loyal customers. We appreciate your patience as we continually adapt to the ever-changing global situation and listen to feedback from our customers. You will be notified once Exodus 2021 dates are announced. What happens to my 2020 Weekend pass?

Due to the postponement of all Exodus 2020 events, all 2020 passes will be transferred to Exodus 2021. You will be notified via email once 2021 dates are confirmed and announced.

When are the 2021 Exodus Festival Dates?

Dates are to be announced. We will be hosting Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Summer Love Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend in 2021.

Who do I contact to transfer my pass to a 2021 weekend?

Simply email us at info@exoduslasvegas.com with your full name, order number, and the weekend you would like your pass transferred to. One of our representatives will process your transfer.

How long will the transfer take?

Due to a reduction in office hours and heavy volume of inquiries, we will do our best to respond to emails within 30 business days.

I can't attend any 2020 or 2021 dates. Can I get a refund?

Please email info@exoduslasvegas.com with the name on the order and confirmation number and a member of our ticketing team will get back to you with your options. Due to overwhelming demand for changes related to postponed and cancelled events around the world, please allow up to 30 days for us to get back to you.

When can I request a refund for Labor Day Weeked?

We are now remitting refunds for Labor Day Wekeend starting August 4th up until September 1st. For anyone who was not able to request a refund in time, your passes will be transferred to any 2021 Exodus date. Stay tuned to ExodusLasVegas.com for announcements.

I'm travelling to Las Vegas from a different country and due to travel restrictions, I will no longer be able to attend. What should I do?

Please email info@exoduslasvegas.com with the name on the order and confirmation number and a member of our ticketing team will get back to you with your options. Due to overwhelming demand for changes related to postponed and cancelled events around the world, please allow up to 30 days for us to get back to you.

Can I transfer my pass from one weekend to another?

Yes, if you have already purchased a pass for Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Summer Love Weekend, or abor Day Wekeend, your pass will be automatically transferred to a Exodus 2021 Weekend 2020 at no extra cost! Please see above regarding transferring your 2020 pass to a 2021 weekend.

When will I be able to transfer my pass to another weekend in 2020?

Exodus 2020 passes will be automatically transferred to Exodus 2021. Stay tuned for date announcements.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person if I can't attend alternative dates?

Yes! You are able to transfer any of your weekend passes to another person.

How do I transfer my pass to another person?

You can change the name on your ticket order by clicking your order on the Eventbrite Tickets page.

3. Select Edit
4. Save Your Changes

I booked a VIP Table for Exodus 2020. Will my table reservation be transferred to Exodus 2021?

Yes, if you have reserved a VIP table for Exodus 2020 your table request will be transferred to Exodus 2021.

I booked a hotel and ticket bundle. If I choose to transfer my pass to another weekend, will my hotel reservation be transfered as well?

Yes, if you have reserved a hotel and ticket bundle for Exodus 2020 your booking will be transferred to Exodus 2021.
