Exodus Las Vegas wouldn’t be successful without the help of the staff of our hotel and nightclub partners.
We sat down with some of the staff and asked them about their experience working in the hospitality and entertainment industry in Las Vegas.
Name: Bree Bunker
Nightclub: OMNIA Nightclub (inside Caesars Palace)
How long have you been working in the industry?
I’ve been a bottle server for just over 3 years now.
What inspired you to work in bottle service?
I’ve always loved the hospitality industry. People come to Vegas as a vacation and have the time of their lives. I love that I have the opportunity to be a part of making that experience so memorable for them.
Tell us one misconception about your job?
I think sometimes people think the server just puts the order in and brings bottles to the table, but that’s not the case at all. It’s all about the hospitality and the guest’s experience. We have amazing production and presentation teams that personalize pretty much every presentation that goes out to each group. I want to get to know each guest, learn their names, where they are from, what brought them here, and what they are looking forward to that night. Asa a cocktail server, I want to make the night as dope as possible! One awesome experience really goes a long way!
What is one of the craziest experiences you’ve either seen or experienced during a shift?
One of the most fun nights I’ve had at work was the time a table ordered so much champagne it took every single cocktail server and presentation girl to carry all of it out. We still had so much left over we had to wheel it out in our OMNIA bath tub! That was just a crazy and funny sight to see! Light wands and sparklers lit up that entire side of the club!
If you could give one piece of advice to anyone looking to work in the industry, what would you say to them?
ALWAYS KEEP SMILING! Keep your guests happy, informed, and make sure they have a great time and you will be golden. Great customer service and a positive mindset will get you far in this industry!
