What to Bring

Unless you’re Monica Geller from Friends you probably hate packing, especially if you’re planning on wearing a new outfit every time you leave the hotel. So, let us help with this bite-sized weekend getaway checklist:

Our Weekend Getaway Checklist:

Packing for a Las Vegas weekend getaway is all about the essentials and the “essential” non-essentials. Don’t forget to bring:

  • Toiletries (especially your hand sanitizer)
  • Face masks (Get crunk, not COVID-19)
  • Comfy pajamas (You probably won’t be sleeping anyway, but still…)
  • Sunblock (Protect your skin!)
  • Sunglasses (They protect your eyes from UV rays and upgrade any outfit)
  • Jackets or swimwear (Depending on the weather)
  • Chargers/power banks (Gotta update on Insta, right?)
  • Your best festival drip (Dress to express or don’t even bother)
  • Comfortable shoes (Trust us on this one; Las Vegas music festival = a lot of walking)

Now, it’s time for the moment you’ve all been waiting for: the rundown on the hottest Las Vegas music festivals of 2021! Whether you love EDM music festivals, or are more into hip hop, we’re about to spill the tea on where the party’s really at.

Festival season in Las Vegas runs from July to September, so you have plenty of time to adjust your schedule and plan your days off – goodbye, FOMO!

Wet Republic

You can find Wet Republic at the MGM Grand, and it’s a Utopia for pool party enthusiasts. If the pool isn’t enough to impress you, then their over-the-top DJ booth, luxurious saltwater amenities, and 2,500-square-foot open-air lounge definitely will, because they’re all pretty Gucci.

Encore Beach Club

The essence of this oasis comes alive at Encore Beach Club! Decked in expansive three-tiered pools surrounded by 40-foot tall palm trees, this Las Vegas music festival venue is fire. Vegas may be in the heart of the desert, but once you set foot in the Encore Beach Club, you’ll be transported to a spectacular island paradise. Living up to its name, this beach club will leave you clamoring for an encore. Seriously one of the GOATs in Vegas nightlife.

XS Nightclub

The Exodus party saga continues at XS Nightclub, one of the most sophisticated parties in the city. This place channels everything upscale and glam.

The biggest perk of partying during festival season at the XS Nightclub is the glowing pool that comes to life once the sun goes down. Las Vegas music festivals get revamped and redefined at this amazing nightclub, as it provides 100% VIP treatment all the way.

Hakkasan Nightclub

The Las Vegas festival season thrives like crazy at the Hakkasan Nightclub. As a multi-level megaclub with a pavilion, mezzanine, exquisite drinks, chill ambient lighting, geometric ceiling lights, gigantic LED screens, and a plethora of restaurants, Hakkasan’s nightlife experience is second to none.

If you want to lose yourself in the Las Vegas music festival scene, you can do it here (literally, this venue is 80,000 square feet in size).

Omnia Nightclub

Known as an interactive megaclub, Omnia features some seriously epic structures, including a high-tech chandelier that literally moves to the beat of the music.

Partying is cool and all, but what will really blow your mind is the fact that you can enjoy a breathtaking city view from the luxurious terrace of Omnia. It’s the perfect spot to wind down from the vibing and headbanging, and just sit back and take in the scenery.

Festival Season Safety Measures

A weekend at a music festival sounds like a dream come true, especially after a year like 2020. With the quick roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccine, restrictions on physical distancing have been drawn back and festival season in Vegas is looking more like itself every day.

Restrictions in the state are as follows:

  • Social distancing is no longer required as of May 1, 2021
  • The entire state will be reopened by no later than June 1, 2021
  • Mask wearing is still mandatory until further notice

Party all you want at the hottest music festivals that Las Vegas has to offer, but it’s also important to keep safety measures in mind. Whether you were already vaccinated against COVID-19 or not, you can never be too careful.

In the spirit of party and safety:

  • Wear a mask;
  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer;
  • As much as possible, maintain physical distancing;
  • Cough into your elbow, not your hands;
  • Avoid high-fiving or holding hands with other people;
  • Make sure your accommodations are clean and disinfected; and
  • If you’re feeling unwell, do not travel.

    Hi Exodus,

    My friend is going to marry on the 10th of July and we are going to Las Vegas during the 1st untill the 4th of July. We saw the Exodus festival and we will be there!!

    But, for now we have a very important question for the schedule of the ‘bachelor weekend’ > when are the partys at which time?

    For now we want to party on friday evening, saturday morning/afternoon/evering and sunday in the afternoon.
    Is this possible? I can’t see a timetable or whatever, so that why I am contacting you.

    We also want to go to one of your famous poolpartys, when is it?

    Thanks,
