Festival Season Safety Measures

A weekend at a music festival sounds like a dream come true, especially after a year like 2020. With the quick roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccine, restrictions on physical distancing have been drawn back and festival season in Vegas is looking more like itself every day.

Restrictions in the state are as follows:

• Social distancing is no longer required as of May 1, 2021
• The entire state will be reopened by no later than June 1, 2021
• Mask wearing is still mandatory until further notice

Party all you want at the hottest music festivals that Las Vegas has to offer, but it’s also important to keep safety measures in mind. Whether you were already vaccinated against COVID-19 or not, you can never be too careful. 

In the spirit of party and safety:

• Wear a mask;
• Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer;
• As much as possible, maintain physical distancing;
• Cough into your elbow, not your hands;
• Avoid high-fiving or holding hands with other people;
• Make sure your accommodations are clean and disinfected; and
• If you’re feeling unwell, do not travel.
