The Box Office is located inside the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino adjacent to Hakkasan and Level Up Lounge. Once you enter MGM, follow the signs towards Hakkasan. When facing Hakkasan, the Level Up Lounge will be on your right. The Exodus Box Office table is located by the base of the staircase.
The hours are as follows:
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Please note, the Exodus Festival Box office is only available on festival weekends. You cannot pick up your wristbands on any other weekend.
Upscale fashionable attire.
NO hats, shorts, flip flops, backless women's sandals, men’s sandals, sneakers (e.g., Nike, Adidas), athletic wear, ripped oversized clothing, steel toe shoes, or work boots (e.g. Lugz, Timberlands).
Collared shirts for men are strongly suggested, as some venues require them.
Venue management reserves all rights of entry based on dress code etiquette. If you have a specific question related to the dress code, we recommend you contact the venue directly.
Pool parties
Mandatory swimwear dress code. NO athletic apparel (e.g., jerseys, basketball shorts), jeans, cargos, ripped clothing, sweats, excessive chains/jewelry, dress shoes, boots, socks worn with sandals. Clothing with images or reference to drugs or drug use is prohibited. Swimwear must be worn to gain entry to the venue. changerooms are not available at the day clubs. Venue management reserves all rights of entry based on dress code regulations.
Please note, all purchases are final, and no refunds can be given. If you are unable to attend this weekend, you have two options. You can transfer your pass to another person, or you can transfer to another 2023 Exodus festival weekend To transfer the ticket to another person to use for the same Exodus Festival weekend: Please send an email to our support team at info@exoduslasvegas.com and the new person. Please attach your Exodus Festival QR code. Please provide the following information:
Your email address associated with the ticket(s)
Your full name
Indicate the 2023 festival weekend
The full name and email address for the new person
The tickets will be changed to the name and email address of the new person. The new person will receive an email confirmation with the updated tickets and QR code.
Each festival weekend has its own unique lineup of artists and venues. The official lineup of artists and venues will be announced a few weeks prior to each event weekend. They are posted on our social media, and you can find the lineup on our website here: https://exoduslasvegas.com/ under the FESTIVAL WEEKENDS tab.
Festival lineups and venues are subject to change at any time.
We have a free Exodus Las Vegas app (download on the app store) that will guide you through the weekend.
The person whose name is on the ticket (s) must be present at the box office with government ID to pick up their wristbands for the whole group. If that person is unavailable to pick up the wristbands, please provide the following information in an email to our support team at info@exoduslasvegas.com and the member of your party that will be picking up the wristbands in your place:
INSERT YOUR FULL NAME authorize FULL NAME OF PARTY MEMBER to pick up my wristbands using the attached QR code at the box office. I hereby waive my right to any refunds or credit card chargebacks.
Any patron attempting to pick-up wristbands without this email will not be permitted to pick-up the wristbands and no refunds will be offered.
